Saul Flores is an award-winning keynote speaker, storyteller, human rights champion, and civic changemaker. His keynotes have commanded more than 300 stages nationwide, captivating audiences from global brands to the nation's most influential educational gatherings. His programming serves colleges, universities, independent schools, and high schools — from new student orientation and campus convocations to chapel talks and all-school assemblies. Institutions turn to Saul for keynotes that deepen student reflection, strengthen belonging, and inspire conviction through action.

Saul speaks with a rare urgency that draws audiences in and refuses to let go. His stories move from intimate to universal - from the sugarcane fields of Mexico to the nation's leading campuses - leaving listeners with unshakable conviction. He challenges audiences to look honestly at their values, their choices, and the kind of leaders they are becoming.

Saul built his speaking career inside classrooms, invited by educators who saw storytelling as essential to developing global student leaders. His formative journey - walking 5,328 miles from Ecuador to North Carolina - documented the experiences of immigrant communities across ten countries and shaped the perspective he brings to every stage. That walk became "The Walk of the Immigrants," one of his signature keynotes. That work funded the rebuilding of a school in his mother's hometown and led to the founding of MAMA Sugar, an ongoing partnership with sugarcane worker families in Mexico.

His signature keynotes — the Walk of the Immigrants and Sugarland — are available for colleges, universities, independent schools, high schools, conferences, and corporate events. Book Saul for the moment your audience needs a story that stays.
